Xheni is a Program Coordinator who brings with her over a decade of experience in parliamentary engagement, democratic governance and policy advancement. We are happy to announce that, from the 18th of May, Xheni brings these things to the Western Balkans fund
With an MSC in Public Administration, Xheni has worked in the civil society sector for almost a decade, and has been a part of the Albanian Parliament for over 3 years. This combination of academic knowledge and hands-on experience allows Xheni to evaluate projects on both the merits of their technical information and the potential benefits that may not be fully tangible at the proposal stage.
With the Fund growing in both scope and impact, Xheni’s expertise and eagerness couldn’t come at a better time, so we wish her success with her new role, and we are looking forward to achieving even greater things with her on board.
