October has been a very busy and important month for the Western Balkans Fund.
Last month, the Council of Foreign Officials met to discuss growth and new partnerships.
We signed a cooperation agreement with a mind-liked organization, such as RYCO, and met our valuable partner, the International Visegrad Fund.
We innovated, created new people-to-person links, and pushed towards creating a regional “brain” hub.
