With 1,200 public votes cast and the decision of our professional jury, we are proud to announce the winner: Centar za psihološku podršku Sensus.
Based in Mostar, with partners in Novi Pazar, Pančevo, Sarajevo, Nikšić, Prishtina, and Tirana, Sensus promoted a regional approach to mental health through the implementation of the project “Regional Talks About Mental Health”.
The initiative mapped the mental health infrastructure, engaging 2,700 individuals through surveys and fieldwork.
The award was presented to the organization’s representative, Maida Bešo, by the Executive Director of the Western Balkans Fund, Dr. Murra.
This was the first edition of the WBF Champions of Regional Cooperation Award, which will become an annual event of the WBF.
