United Nations Association Albania kick started the “Western Balkans Youth Forum: Skills for Peace” supported by Western Balkans Fund, in the frame of the Matching Grants scheme โ March 2023.
The forum welcomed participants from all six Contracting Parties of the Western Balkans Region with the aim to provide a shared space for training, capacity building and discussions on how to ensure youth participation in peacebuilding processes.
During the activity, a new regional partnership agreement was formally established between three United Nations Associations coming from three of our Contracting Parties.
The forum will last three days and will be finalized with a joint โDeclaration on Youth Skills for Peaceโ.
