Today, 6th February 2024, we welcomed at the Secretariat of the Western Balkans Fund a delegation from the German Embassy in Tirana.
The delegation was headed by H.E. Ambassador Karl Bergner and the Deputy Ambassador and Head of the Economic Department, Mr. Thilo Schröter.
For over an hour, the Executive Director of the Western Balkans Fund, Dr. Murra, presented our mission and current expansion plans. Furthermore, we appreciated the incredible contribution of Germany in the democratization, development, and progress of our Contracting Parties.
On their behalf, H.E. Bergner congratulated the Fund for constant growth.
Both parties underlined the desire to explore potential cooperation opportunities.
