Contracting Parties have many resources referring to tourism, which can lead to communication bridges and create fruitful collaborations.
It is already happening but has the potential for much more.
With this idea in mind, People in Focus Albania, a grantee of the Western Balkans Fund, created an extensive network of young people in the WB Region.
They aim to identify hidden gems and other touristic destinations that raise the sense of community while creating preconditions for sustainable development.
The project culminated in October with a one-week-long Summer School held in Pogradec.
Based on the findings of that Summer School, People in Focus developed a webpage with touristic recommendations and attractive promotional videos we are happy to support by sharing with our large community.
