Mina has joined the Fund from 1 April 2026 as Project Coordinator, focusing on the portfolio of projects from Montenegro. She is a Young European Ambassador and an alumni of the College of Europe in Tirana.

Her studies and work have taken her to the United States, Spain, Austria, Slovenia, Belgium and Albania, shaping a strong international perspective on EU integration, diplomacy, and youth empowerment.

She is particularly engaged in discussions on issues that matter to young people, from improving living conditions to fostering economic development.

Previously, she has worked in both the European and Montenegrin Parliaments and participated in more than 20 international seminars.
