Prior to joining Western Balkan Fund Secretariat, she professionally supported the regional development in Kosovo for almost four years and she also worked with Council of Europe leading activities in regional projects in the field of promoting cultural diversity and regional project on promoting freedom of expression and freedom of media in South East Europe. Moreover, she was in charge for projects with a focus on women issues and gender equality in Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Melbourne Australia. Dafina has an excellent knowledge and experience in grant and program/project management and business management during her professional career she provided consultancy services to different business levels from start-ups to corporates.
She is a frequent international speaker and trainer on topics such as: Reconciliation and Dialogue, Conflict Resolution, Strategic Development, Organizational Behavior Management, Leadership and Management, Marketing & Branding, Project Cycle Management, Business Development and Management, Emotional Intelligence, Public Relations and Human Rights. She has rich and diverse academic background, she is specialized on Intercultural and Inter Religious Dialogue, a Master degree from University LUISS Guido Carli, Rome, Italy, also she graduated on Project & Business Management from UCLA, Los Angeles, USA with a Bachelor’s degree, in Sociology from University of Pristina, and a diploma on Human Rights from Oslo University.
