In Banja Luka, a new project in the field of culture is taking place.
Hosted by DIS Theater of Banja Luka, the “SPARK” project includes partners from Shkodër, Skopje, and Zrenjanin, thus expanding cooperation initiatives to new horizons.
The first event kicked off in mid-November, with more activities happening now and in the coming weeks.
Partners in this project include CEKOM, Theater Pi, and The Door.
This project is co-funded by the European Union through IPA – Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance III.
