On September 15, at the WBF Secretariat premises, in the presence of Madame Krisztina Dóra Varju, Ministerial Commissioner for the Hungarian Presidency of the Visegrad Group 2017-2018, and Madame Beata Jaczewska, Executive Director of the International Visegrad Fund, the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between Western Balkans Fund and the International Visegrad Fund took place.
This significant momentum came right after WBF official launching and marked another important step forward that leads to the starting of the Fund’s core activities.
During their interventions, the speakers, emphasized the importance of the partnership and the good spirit of cooperation between the two Organizations, the V4 Group strong support to the overall cooperation processes in the Western Balkans. They underlined the relevance of continued, concrete and creative actions, in order to make WBF known, easily accessible from everywhere in the region and to transform it into a story of success in the regional cooperation landscape.
