The Western Balkans Fund has officially launched the Regional Impact Lab, bringing together grantees from the ERC Grant Scheme and the 7th Call for Proposals for three days of focused work on impact, learning, and improvement.
Held from 17 to 19 December, the Lab serves as a practical space to reconnect before the end of the year, reflect on what has worked best across current projects, and identify the few concrete areas where we can do better, especially as the Fund prepares the Third Joint Action of the EU–WBF.
Across sessions, participants will exchange experiences, discuss the most effective approaches to delivering results, and contribute ideas on how to strengthen implementation and reporting while keeping the focus on real impact for communities across the Western Balkans.
Both the ERC Grant Scheme and the 7th Call for Proposals of the Western Balkans Fund are co-funded by the European Union through IPA – the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance.
