The Western Balkans Fund, in partnership with the European Union, has published the Final Report of the Second WBF–EU Joint Action, formally closing this phase of cooperation.
The report offers a comprehensive and structured account of the entire duration of the Joint Action, detailing its implementation, scope and results across the Western Balkans. Over the course of the second phase, 42 co-funded grants were implemented, supporting more than 200 organizations and reaching over 20,000 direct beneficiaries throughout the region.
Prepared in line with transparency and accountability standards, the Final Report documents how resources were allocated, how activities were delivered and how regional cooperation was strengthened through concrete, measurable actions. It serves both as an institutional record of the Joint Action and as a reference for partners, stakeholders and interested audiences seeking a detailed overview of its outcomes.
