In the name of the WBF Secretariat we would like to humbly apologize for the management of the communication on the results of the MOVE Grants Call – February 2024.
The notification should have been sent to each applicant individually, respecting all data and ensure no breach of privacy.
We are aware and fully understand your concern and will make sure this never happens again.
Western Balkans Fund has been managing applicants’ and grantees’ data for 7 years now with the utmost respect and continuous measures not to violate personal data and privacy.
As we operate in cooperation with an OGMS (Online Management System) Administrator, we are not directly involved in the task of notification, which in this case is considered a human error.
Nevertheless, We would like to ensure you that this is not how WBF communicates with its applicants and grantees and will make sure to carefully coordinate with the OGMS Administrator to avoid such inconveniences.
Please, accept our apologies once again with our engagement to further strengthen the control over notifications future management.
We will make sure to take notice of all your concerns and provide a public apology as well as on our website.
