MOVE Grants The Secretariat

MOVE Grants received with great enthusiasm by partners & stakeholders

In just six months since its launch, the WBF Move Grants have attracted hundreds of applications from Civil Society Organizations and individuals.

A tailor-made funding scheme, aiming to boost mobility and support small and medium-scale projects all year-round, with minimal bureaucracy and in short notice, the Move Grants have already established themselves as a ground-breaking tool promoting regional cooperation and reconciliation on a large scale.

Today, our Diversified Grant Portfolio Coordinator, Ms. Erinda Toska, represented the Fund by delivering a detailed presentation on the Move Grants in front of numerous partners and other interested stakeholders.

The feedback received was excellent, showing a great level of interest towards the MOVE scheme.

Ms Toska presentation happened while we are in advanced stage of preparation for the launch of the Third Call for Proposals of the Move Grants since March.

The presentation was part of the Thematic Working Group titled “Advancing Inclusive Regional Mobility and Catalyzing Mobility-Driven Innovation and Knowledge Transfer in the Western Balkans,” organized by CSF Tirana 2023 and SCiDEV, with the support of the Open Society Foundations, Cooperation and Development Institute, and the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy.
