These parallel sessions will be conducted in a workshop/group work format where participants led by experts will identify which tools, they can use to make their own change, transform injustice, and practice leadership in breaking through barriers in their own lives. How to Break the Glass Ceiling? – we believe that there is a solid grasp on how the glass ceiling operates, therefore we want to spark conversations with you. Such conversations can be complex, but with a very detailed and well thought structure we aim to share our own knowledge and resources, which will shine light on the topic among you.

A session dedicated to how women have a different experience of money from the men in our lives and the ways that these obstacles can affect each of us. Personal branding can also help you build trust with potential audience. If you can see that you are an expert in your field and have a solid personal brand, you will be more likely to do business with them. Therefore, personal branding is essential for anyone who wants to succeed in today’s world. Personal branding includes all content that’s available about a person. It’s simple to build from scratch but difficult to change once an identity is set.
Negotiate like a Real Leader – How does gender changes the negotiation
“Let us never negotiate out of fear. But let us never fear to negotiate.”
This session is dedicated to learn negotiation strategies for breaking barriers from diverse leaders. When competition is high. Competitive negotiations can act as gender triggers, consistent with societal expectations that men are more likely than women to be competitive and to succeed in competitive environments. When parties understand little about the limits of the bargaining range and appropriate standards for agreement, the ambiguity of a negotiation increases. In highly ambiguous negotiations, it becomes more likely that gender triggers situational cues that prompt male-female differences in preferences, expectations, and behaviours will influence negotiation behaviour and outcomes.
