“Matching” good financial management regional examples

In Skopje, the WBF Matching Grants supported a timely discussion on transparency, impact, and better governance of state finances.

Organised by Finance Think, the conference brought together public institutions, experts, and international partners to explore shared challenges and comparable approaches across the region.

The Minister of Finance of North Macedonia, Ms Gordana Dimitrieska-Kocoska, also attended, alongside over 40 representatives from more than 20 institutions across all six Contracting Parties.

Meanwhile, on 1 March, we successfully closed the WBF Matching Grants Call for Proposals (Winter Season), receiving 19 successful applications
The evaluation process has already started, and results will be shared soon.
