From 6–7 May, the Western Balkans Fund was proud to be alongside the grantees of the 7th Call for Proposals, not only to celebrate their success; highlighted during the vibrant Awarding Ceremony; but also to ensure a real and lasting impact from each of the projects.
From Durres, the two-day Parnership Workshop focused on key aspect of the project. Our team provided practical guidance on financial management and reporting, project design and evaluation methodologies, the use of our Online Grant Management Platform, as well as strategies for outreach, visibility, and communication.
These interactive sessions were designed to equip grantees with the necessary tools to implement their projects successfully and transparently, in full alignment with regional and European standards.
