Expanding the Regional Fellowship Program

We’re delighted to witness the continuity of the Fellowship Program initiated by Germin in the WBF 4th Call for Proposals, back in 2021.

Melisa and Rita are the newest fellows of this program providing a once in-a-lifetime opportunity to travel and work in a host institution in the Western Balkans Region.

As part of this program, they will move from Prishtina to Herceg Novi and Skopje.

Melisa’s focus on transitional justice at the University of Prishtina has led her to undertake an internship with the Demos Project, where she explores the important areas of social audit and citizen engagement.

Rita, a former intern at the Western Balkans Fund, is now a project assistant at YIHR. She brings her academic background in Economics and Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to this endeavor.

Germin, in collaboration with partner organizations such as Центар за управување со промени – ЦУП (Center for Change Management – CCM) and Centar za podršku lokalnog i regionalnog razvoja – CeP (Centre for Support of Local and Regional Development), is set to host and support six fellows in their research pursuits.

This initiative is an integral part of the project “Enhancing Regional Cooperation and Mobility of Young Researchers in the Western Balkans” under the MOVE Grant Scheme.

Six more days remain to apply and benefit from our newest Move Call. Hurry up, the time to Move is now!
