On April 2–3, the Western Balkans Fund (WBF) hosted the Evaluation Panel for the 7th Call for Proposals at its Secretariat. This marked a key milestone in what has been a thorough and competitive selection process.
Over the past weeks, the WBF team, in close cooperation with a group of international experts, conducted a detailed review of all submitted project proposals. The evaluation process was based on strict criteria, ensuring transparency, fairness, and alignment with the strategic priorities of the Fund.
The Evaluation Panel served as the final step in the assessment procedure, bringing together diverse perspectives and expertise to make the final recommendations.
The full list of awarded projects will be announced soon. These projects will represent the most impactful, innovative, and collaborative initiatives aimed at fostering regional cooperation and development in the Western Balkans.
The 7th Call for Proposals is co-funded by the European Union through the IPA III – Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance, reaffirming the EU’s continued support for civil society engagement and regional integration in the Western Balkans.
