Today, we successfully conclude a 4 week long diplomatic training provided to the WBF staff by the distinguished Ambassador Ibrahimi and Ambassador Konjari.
They guided us through various essential topics, including:
Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations
Etiquette and Protocol rules
Communication skills
Public Speaking
We firmly believe that by updating our knowledge in diplomacy, protocol, and communication skills, we will become better equipped to fulfil our commitment to all our stakeholders, beneficiaries, and citizens of the Western Balkans Region.
This training has not only enhanced our professional capabilities but has also empowered us to build stronger relationships and foster understanding across borders.
