When six experienced and regionally diverse organisations unite their forces, the result is nothing short of impressive: A wonderful network of dialogue and regional empowerment through cinema and the arts.
Thirty young people from across the Western Balkans received training in Tirana on digital filmmaking and storytelling techniques.
This cooperation resulted in the creation of several short films, inspired by iconic cinematographic themes and showcasing the best of the region’s cultural heritage.
But more importantly, the “Cinebalk” project, led by the Youth Rights & Citizenship Initiative in Elbasan, has succeeded in establishing a lasting foundation for future cooperation between partners and participants.
