Celebrating Montenegro 2026 Presidency of the Western Balkans Fund

This Friday marks our first major event of the year: The Celebration of 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐨’𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

The celebration, hosted kindly by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, H.E. Ervin Ibrahimovic, will focus on what matters most: A stronger, regionally owned Fund, with broader and more diverse grant opportunities and a bigger reach for regional cooperation.

For Montenegro, this celebration will be yet another opportunity, to demonstrate the unwavering commitment to regional initiatives and to a shared, common European future.

For the Fund, it will be an excellent opportunities to connect and appreciate once more not only the Contracting Parties, but also key partners and donors, such as the European Union, the Swiss Cooperaton and Development Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, Open Society Foundations and more.
