Yesterday in Sarajevo, we were pleased to join the Regional Cooperation Council in marking its 18th anniversary.
As the RCC reaches maturity, it has helped the Western Balkans move from fragmented, ad-hoc coordination to a more structured and regionally owned cooperation agenda, one that keeps the European perspective anchored in practical delivery.
For the Western Balkans Fund, the RCC is among our longest-standing and most trusted partners and we are proud to share the same journey.
