Today, the Executive Director of the Western Balkans Fund attended at the CEI Ministerial in Tirana.
In his speech, Dr. Murra highlighted the importance of a better coordination among all existing regional initiatives.
Furthermore, he congratulated the Tirana 2024 Presidency for its important achievements, the upcoming 2025 Belgrade Presidency and the new General Secretary of CEI.
The oldest of Regional Initiatives, established in 1989, the Central European Initiative is an important partner of the Western Balkans Fund.
Since 2019, there is a cooperation framework in place between us and we have jointly funded 7 regional projects.
