Thanks to the “Museum Open to All” project, the Bunk’Art 1 Museum in Tirana is in the process of being adapted to better accommodate visitors with hearing impediments.
This is just one of nine museums across the region where this project is expanding access, making sure that cultural heritage and the museum experience are not a privilege for a few, but a right for everyone.
The project is led by the Association of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing of Montenegro, in partnership with Cultural Centre Homer, The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Association of Serbia (SGNS) and the Albanian National Association of the Deaf (ANAD).
