Building an artisan bridge of cooperation in the Region

Culture brings people together and has the power to improve lives, transform communities and generate growth and jobs.

Artisan products are deeply rooted in the cultural heritage of the Western Balkans and we cherish and support the expansions of artisans since the Fund’s establishment.

Last Friday, a team composed by Mr Bisha, Korkuti and Citakovic visited the Women Promotion and Protection of Traditional Artisan Products Conference in Durres.

A flagship project of the 5^th Call for Proposals, the projects aims to ensure better economic and income generation opportunities for women engaged in the production of handicrafts using traditional techniques.

By uniting women from Tirana, Prishtina and Novi Pazar, this initiative also help in the promotion and enhancement of good neighbourly relations.

NGO Equality, Women at Public Service and Pazarski Bazar Rukotvorina cooperate together in the framework of this project.
