Due to the high number of questions received, we would like to clarify that “ANNEX C. Declaration by the Lead Applicant” is the only document required to be uploaded at this stage of the application.
The Declaration should be downloaded from our application system, signed by the lead applicant who certifies that the regional partnership has been established, scanned and uploaded back to the system.
