Yesterday, in Tirana and Prishtina, we commenced the implementation of “Development of capacity building programmes for cultural and creative industries in the Western Balkans” in the frame of the project Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans, financed by the European Union.
Supported by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation’s Office in Tirana, WBF is excited to launch a dedicated capacity-building program focused on enhancing the capabilities of the cultural and creative sector in the Western Balkans.
The first two-day training sessions taking place simultaneously aim to strengthen participants’ performance in project preparation, implementation, and reporting.
We are encouraged by the large turnout, which motivates us to further engage in our capacity-building mission in the WB region.
In the coming months, we will continue organizing a series of activities targeting a wide range of actors.
These activities will provide opportunities not only to enhance PCM performance but also to improve access to finance mechanisms available at national, regional, and European levels for the culture and creativity sectors.
This project is supported by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation – Office in Tirana @aics_tirana, within the framework of the EU-funded project “Culture and Creativity in the Western Balkans – CC4WBs”.
