Shpati Kolgega comes from Tirana. He graduated in Public Relations and Communication at European University of Tirana and also holds an M.B.A in Management by University of New York Tirana. He has a professional experience for more than 10 years in journalism working for different medias in Albania, public relations and involved in politics. He also has been a speaker in many regional and international activities regarding youth policies, politics, leadership and also trained and participated in different trainings, seminars in leadership, communication, non-formal education, in different countries Germany, USA, Italy, North Macedonia, Austria, Russia, France. Montenegro etc.,
Previously he has worked as e Public Relations and Foreign Affairs Specialist at General Directorate of Customs of Albania, and later on appointed as Deputy Minister of Education, Sports and Youth in Albanian Government. Experienced in developing youth policies and working as well in the Regional Cooperation in Western Balkans, where for more than 16 months he was Albanian representative as Board Member at RYCO. Also, for more than 16 month he was the Albanian representative as Board Member at Youth Steering Committee in Council of Europe.
Believing in the regional cooperation process and the Western Balkans region bright future he joined the WBF Secretariat.
